Wimbledon
What has everyone thought of Wimbledon this year? I think it's been a good tournament, especially as we have had a British winner in the youth women's competition. Hopefully she can go on to be a great player, but with the amount of pressure she's going to be under now it will be interesting to see how she handles it at such a young age.
I'm waiting for the mens final to start now, think it's still raining though which is very annoying! So much for having a good summer, it's july and it's still wet and horrible.

Wow, what a final! It's the first tennis match I've watched from start to finish in a long time and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's going to be better next year when the centre court has a roof so there aren't any problems with rain.

I'm not a sports fan, find watching it very drab but I got to admit those two guys did put up a splendid fight yesterday! Even for me I found it very entertaining and tense! Federer (and the other one sorry lol don't know his name) did very well indeed!

Thankfully, I've missed it all. Normally, we go away when Wimbledon is on, but this year we had an earlier two weeks, but we've been busy and away at weekends, so haven't seen any. Don't even know who won (and don't care!).

I thought you might say that Wild Canon, I know you're not a sports fan
And MissKitty, they really did put up a fight didn't they? Great to watch. Now all we need is an englishman or woman who has a chance of winning.

The 14yr old won in the girls tournament didnt she. Lets hope she keeps it up and we might have a womens champ in the future!
