Hi everyone and welcome to AndyC I love watching the birds when I'm walking basil and oscar, thats if I get the chance, basil is a right little toad.the other day there was this big crow having a feed, basil stopped dead in his tracks, looked at me,then at the crow,I said now leave him alone,I just new what he was thinking,Ican't ,then he's off like a rocket, thank god he does not catch them. The other day we saw a heron standind in the pond where we walk, well the look on basil's face was a picture,it was bigger than him that took the wind out of sails.I wonder what tomorrow will bring when we are out walking.copperfirefly.

Howdy Copperfirefly, pleased to meet you Icon_smile

The way that dogs interact with the world around them is often a source of entertainment. I would guess that Basil and Oscar aren't terriers as size is of no relevance to them Icon_biggrin

Hi Xeract and TimberWollf, well Oscar is a long haired miniature dachshund with a pedigree as long as your arm,boy does he know it.what he would like is to be in your arms allday long being fussed,my husband calls him a tart, now Basil is a small cross jackrussell/yorkshire terrier,black/tan and a right little pickle who will only have a quick cuddle, that's enough put me down,he will dive in any hegde, down any hole and roll in anything disgusting, with Oscar looking on thinking he's a hooligan. copperfirefly.
