I don't think we've ever had a snake or slow worm in our garden before, but of course there is bound to have been some that we haven't seen. I don't think there would be a problem with food for adders especially as we often see mice running around so there may well be one or two that visit the garden occasionally.

Hi,
I've just become a member and was looking at some of the older posts and this one struck a cord with me as here in London we do have parakeets. They live over a large area of S. West London and in some case are being described as a bigger pest than pigeons! I actually think they brighten the area up but they are incredibly loud compared to our more native birds.
