Hoorah, my 3 mile run for Sport Relief has been done! I ran yesterday at the Promenade Park in Maldon, and I think I am going to make the front page of the local newspaper!
If I do, I will scan the paper and put the image on a post for you all to see! I have raised a total of £25 for Sport Relief, which is a reasonable sum of money.
I ran the 3 miles in 25 minutes, so thats 8minutes 33 seconds to run a mile, which then goes to 7mph! Thats respectable!
Did anybody else participate in the run yesterday, if so, how long and where?

Congratulations! Well done, it's a great achievement. I didn't do the run this year actually but I know some people who did, and they said it was a lot of fun despite the weather.
