Recommendation

A while ago we were talking about cat scarers & I said ours at the front of the house was working fine. Well as the next doors cat had not been round to do her bits in our slate mulch I turned it off. Well ok still she didn't do her offending bits but I saw her sat under the tree near & thought that I would try it out again. I plugged it in (as it's a mains one) & she immediately disappeared. Having left it on, all she does now is walk up the side & dash across the front when she is in range of it.
So I recommend this one, although not bought from this website I thought you could have a look at it.

Incidentally the neighbour on the other side is having loads of trouble & her soil border is one big cat litter tray...I think that I should share this info, as this gets my vote!!!!

RE: Recommendation

Thanks for that tibbar. I shall definitely be adding it to my list of worthwhile investments as I'm fed up of clearing out the shingle.

Thanks for sharing! It's very interesting to hear you actually seeing the cats reaction to it. Have you told your other neighbour about the cat scarer? They might appreciate the advice! Icon_biggrin

RE: Recommendation

I don't have problems with cats fouling my garden, but this looks to be a relatively inexpensive way to solve the problem (or at least reduce the furry visitors).

There are some handy little devices on that website Icon_smile .

RE: Recommendation

The 2000 sq ft it covers is a very large area, much larger than I was expecting!

RE: Recommendation

The cat hasn't been back but I have left it switched on just in case. Incidentally I gave my neighbour some weed suppressant , so she dug out her border but not mulched it as they have gone away. I have checked every few days & nothing there except..........she has a hollowed out log with compost & bulbs in it which she had placed on the weed suppressant & guess what ..a cat has been in it . She will be quite shocked when she gets back so I will tell her about my witnessing the cat not liking the scarer .
