Peregrines in Chichester cathedral

Tibbars pictures of peregrines reminded me of a story I read about the Chichester cathedral being home to a breeding pair of the birds since 2001.

The pair have raised 18 chicks so far, and return every year to breed. I think they have special trips to see the birds which sounds like a great time if you get the chance to go there.

I would like to see the birds, 18 chicks in six years is a good "return" and the Chichester cathedral is doing well letting them stay there.

Thanks for the link, I had a look at the webcam but they weren't there at the minute (morning) so I'll check back later.

I spotted one on the webcam this morning at 0815. It was fast asleep.

I just checked again and none to be seen, I'll give it a couple of hours then check again.

I have checked the webcam twice and seen a bird each time, you must have just been unlucky.
