Hello to everyone

Hi everyone.
I am new on here but I do visit other forums & have my own on our website. I work in a large wildlife hospital & rehabilitation centre & would welcome any questions about injured wildlife or about rehabbing.

Hello wildliferescuer, we are glad to have you join us! At least a few of the members here work with hedgehogs.

Hi Wildliferescuer, welcome to the forums!

I'm sure you have some fascinating stories to tell from your work at the wildlife hospital, I'm looking forward to hearing some. Icon_smile

Would love to be introduced to them. Show yourselves hog carers! We have about 60 hedgehogs in at the moment.

Some happy, some sad stories but I certainly have a great job & wouldn't swap it for anything.

You are welcome to visit our centre whenever you want, we always have hedgehogs in so no problems there.

If I can't find one in the 'wild' on one of my visits, I shall have to stop by Icon_smile . Thanks for the offer!

RE: Hello to everyone

Hi , wildliferescuer , I am one of the hedgepig rescuers. We keep our eye open for usually underweight/injured - second brood babies at the end of the year & help them to access hedgepig rescue. We even have got the local firestation crews on 'hog watch'.
Perhaps you can let us know if the recent floods have had an impact on your rescue numbers.
