Happy new year!

Hope everyone had a good night last night and made all your resolutions.

Mine so far are:

Excercise everyday
Eat healthily

The usual thing! Lets see how long they last Icon_biggrin

RE: Happy new year!

I'm keeping mine simple--try to be as positive as I can, and exercise every day. I already do the daily exercise, so I'm working on being positive Icon_smile .

RE: Happy new year!

I never do very well with resolutions, so didn't put too much thought into one for this year. I did however come across the following piece of advice in a magazine on how to lead a less stressful life:

"Aim for things worth 'being' rather than for things worth 'having'."

I figure that if I can at least try to keep that thought in mind, I won't be doing too badly.

Wishing you all a very happy, healthy and successful (however you measure it) 2008 Icon_smile.

RE: Happy new year!

That's a good thought to start the new year with!

I find that if you get a big calendar and mark off everyday you do your resolution creating a chain, after a while it becomes harder nad harder to break the chain. Icon_smile

RE: Happy new year!

Good tip xeract.
My resolutions are to try and stop eating like I did over christmas!
And also to try and enjoy every day as it comes, because I'm a bit of an over-worrier Icon_rolleyes

Best wishes for this year everyone! xox Icon_biggrin
