To post images in the gallery, first log into the site with your usual username and password, then navigate to the gallery.

Uploading files from your computer

• Click on the upload file link in the top menu
• You can upload a maximum of 5 files in one go from your computer. Click the browse next to the first empty box. Navigate in your computer to where the image is kept, click on the file, and then click open.
• Repeat the last step for the amount of images you wish to upload (maximum of five in one go)
• Ignoring the URL/URI options, click continue
• If the upload was succesful, you will get a page titled "Successful Uploads". Click continue.
• You now have to place the image in the correct album.From the drop down list select the most appropriate album. Then in the boxes below write a title, brief description (where it was taken, what it is etc) and a few keywords related to the image (helps people find the image when searching). Then click continue.
• You will be asked to repeat this step for each photo you have uploaded. When you get a message saying "You have successfully placed all the files" you re done! Click continue to return to the albums page and admire your photos!
  

Adding files from another website
To upload the files from another website, follow the same steps as above except fill in the URL/URI boxes with the web address rather than using the uploads boxes
