first sightings of spring.

               

These are my first sightings of spring, its a lovely feeling that spring is just around the corner.

It's such a nice feeling knowing that spring, and then summer are on their way. The lambs are the classic sign of spring. I'm not very good with plants, which type are the purple ones? They are beautiful.

As if to say "Spring is here" this morning has been the sunniest yet. Not a cloud in the sky! I think this would be a good time to wrap up warm and go for a long walk.

The buzzards were calling and displaying at the back of my cottage this morning, superb ariel display.

They are Crocus's, they come in yellow as well.
