Farmland Birds

The title conjures up thoughts of Corn Buntings, Grey Partridge, Yellowhammer and Lapwing doesnt it?
Well two Farms in Cornwall have their own 'Farmland Birds' at the moment!
Treganhoe Farm nr Drift had Cattle Egret (15+), Glaucous Gull and Iceland Gull in its surrounding fields today and Trevollard Farm at Saltash had Cattle Egret (2), Richards Pipit and an eastern race of Yellow Wagtail today!
Farms down here also had American Buff Bellied Pipit last year too!

Aren't farms Brilliant!

RE: Farmland Birds

Those are the sorts of birds you would expect on Farmland Jamie. Especially the Lapwings. Lets hope they have a successful breeding season there.
