Smile  Barn Owls

Hello, bear with me Im very new to this. I was wondering what sightings people have of Barn Owls in the Uk but in particular around Hampshire where I live. I am lucky enough to see Barn Owls frequently when working in the Stubbington area of hampshire and its always a pleasure to see them, but have not seen them appear again yet and wondered how the cold winter has affected them.

Gorgeous weather by the way!Icon_smile

RE: Barn Owls

Had some great views of a barn owl in Norfolk a couple of weeks ago, was just walking my dog along the river bank from Ludham Bridge the first time and the owl "post hopped" in front of me. Saw it nearly every day after that, both in the morning an in the evening.

RE: Barn Owls

The winter has had a very negative impact on the British population im afraid. Here coastal birds seem to have coped a little better.
