They have them on farms in Brazil to warn the farmer of snakes. They make a hell of a racket. Right now they act like a guard dog in my garden, shreeking whenever someone comes up the drive. They make me laugh.
two red-legged partridges today, first time they have come into the garden, also had my usual yellowhammers, greenfinches, chaffinches, blackbirds, robins and dunnocks
Now that we are all packed up ready for our move to Mull tommorrow.
