I've heard there's been some snow around the country, has anyone been lucky/unlucky enough to get some? I know wild canon got some a while back. Apparently Durham had a snow storm the other day leaving some people unable to get out there houses! We haven't had snow like that in a long time which is probably a good thing but it would be nice to have some real snow sometimes.
We haven't had even a hint of snow, although the weather has been getting colder.

This was outside the shop on Friday evening at going-home time. We had an inch or two by Saturday morning, but as I was manning the shop, I missed all the fun. By Sunday morning, it was just a memory. Grrrrrrr

We are having Snow right now, went inside for my break came out and it is Snowing. Its very fine stuff at the moment, and i hope it dosn't come to anything.
We've had sleet so far, but that's about it, but there's a bit of white on the top of Dartmoor, so maybe, just maybe, we might have some of the real white stuff! lol
Took the dog out at 10 pm last night and was startled to find we had 2-3 cm of snow. Must have come down very gently as everything had a white coating - trees, bushes, cars, road and pavement.
Still here this morning, been no wind overnight (what a change from the gales of the last week or so) so everything still coated. Took lots of pictures so if I get time at work today, I'll post some.

Only a very light dusting this morning here in Mansfield but all gone by lunch time.
Not even a smidgen of snow in Surrey. Even if there was it wouldn't have been anything as grand as gold finch's photographs. I haven't seen real snow like that for years!
