Full Version: Quick Squirrie Pasta once you have caught it

Ingredients: (4 persons)
1 squirrel crown :1 onion :1/2 clove garlic : small knob of butter: 1 small can Campbells condensed mushroom soup : 4 rashers back bacon:large glass red wine.
Method:First catch squirrie, skin & prepare by dicing into small bite size pieces. (Or buy ready prepared frozen from Iceland or if out of stock try the makers of 'Ice Age'). Chop bacon into small pieces & fry til crispy. Finely chop 1 onion & fry in butter with 1/2 clove garlic.
Add squirrie pieces & cook on a low light til tender. Add one can of Campbells condensed mushroom soup with 1/4 can of water, stir & simmer until sauce thickens.
Whilst waiting boil enough 'Farfalle' pasta bows in salted water for 4 persons. When pasta cooked serve pasta & put squirrie sauce on . Sprinkle now burnt bits of bacon .Serve with large glass of wine.
