I thought that I might share a few pics with you because even though we were on hols we still get great delight from wildlife watching.
We stayed in Paphos which is on the coast but went on a jeep safari to the Troodos mountains with our trusty guide Jason.

We think this little fella got out from a fishery a bit further upstream & he went over a 20 foot waterfall to land in the water at the bottom & he wasn't on his own either!

How many lizards can you count , there were numerous & I could swear they were all begging for food at the sea front bar.

My youngest went snorkelling & came up with Kermit the Hermit. We didn't think anyone was in residence!!

Here is the pelican heading into the restaurant. Look at the size of him. I wonder what he is after?
[]

He was after my lunch obviously!! Note the size of the plate is a dinner plate (measured to the A4 menu) I got to approve of them before they were cooked & I didn't share them!

I love the pictures, thank you for posting them all. My favourite has to be the lizard poking through the leaves, although that meal does look very nice!
Thanks for sharing the photos, it looks like a brilliant holiday. The jeep safari sounds like good fun, I remember going on one many years ago in Mallorca (I think) and it was the highlight of the holiday.
