Hi

I enjoy wildlife & fauna, living in the countryside and having limited mobility also not being able to work it has become a bit of a passion.

I hope I will enjoy your site, and your observations and experiences.
Welcome to the site, there are lots of knowledgable people on here & although it can be a bit quiet at times its an interesting place to be. Icon_smile

Aha, that's because I grew up in West Sussex, being born in East Preston. I used to love roaming the downland countryside - on my feet when younger, then by car once I was old enough to drive. Sadly, I've not been back for many years, but I keep promising myself that I will spend some time rediscovering the area in our motorhome soon.

Motorhomes are magic, especially for going birdwatching or fishing. Our last motorhome did 13,000 miles. mostly between Sussex and Minsmere.

A belated Hi & welcome to the forum........it's not always as quiet as this

Hi Paul

Sorry for belated reply, been a bit busy, I don't DO christmas shopping, I just get a few pressies when the shops are still quiet, stock up on food the week before & only go down the local shop for bread & milk & avoid the town if @ all possible. I like a really quiet, relaxing christmas. I hope yours was good

Wishing everyone a great 2010

Sue

Yes I had a quiet christmas - I worked new year - then the snow arrived and I have not been able to get to work yet as they do not salt my road.

Regards
Paul
