This is a monthly photo competition, with each month having a set category. During the final week of the month, a voting thread will be put up so you can vote for your favourite images.
Unfortunately the winner will not receive any prizes, because it is just a bit of fun.

The winner will be mentioned and congratulated by Xeract on the homepage. On your thread, you could give a name for your image, and if possible, include photography information, such as ISO, shutter speed etc. A new thread will be created for each month, so please be sure to enter in the right one!

If you have any further questions, then please contact me by personal message, and I will try my best to answer your question.

Fly orchid Ophrys insectifera

I downloaded the original pic while on holiday and having now returned home and perused the entries more thoroughly, have seen there is already a primrose, so have changed my entry. Hope this doesn't cause any problems!
