Could anyone give me any advice on bat dropping analysis and where i could collect some specimens for my university studies.
I am situated in cambridge and coventry.

Each county has its own bat group. I would suggest you contact one of them. If it's for serious study and you were willing to help them inspect bat boxes etc. (when you would be able to obtain bat droppings) I guess they would help you. See

Yes, there are bat groups all over the place to help you identify them. I've never tried though, so not sure how east it is!
