Superb shot - I wish I could get a lens with more than 1:1 Magnification for my Nikon! I may try extension tubes on my Sigma 150mm F2.8 Macro at some stage.

Not sure about putting even more glass in the equation. I'll try extension tubes on the Sigma 150mm first I think and see how it goes.

The Raynox looks like a high quality supplementary lens to me, so my advice would be to try one of these rather than extension tubes first. From my experience, I've had better results with a supplementary lens than with extension tubes, because the prime lens is still working within its designed parameters, this is especially so with a non-macro lens (which includes so-called "macro zooms" - which are nothing of the sort).
