Nice photo Oy, had my first of the year yesterday as well as Painted lady. Wonder if they were migrants as we had a canny south easterly wind.

Lovely picture Seen a couple this year - not as many as in previous years though - and no Painted Ladies at all

I've seen a few Painted Ladies - but nowhere near as many as usual - in fact nowhere near as many butterflies in general this year.
