this morning i saw hanging from the hedge a spider which i have never seen or noticed before. its' body length was approx 10mm long, the abdomen having a bold unbroken almost flourescent yellow solid band down its centre. its' legs were long and very fine. i believe it was a female and had just copulated, because in its jaws was a slightly smaller spider of the same species. i would appreciate any help on identifying this spider as the yellow abdominal band was so eyecatching and i have never seen anything like it before and she had skulked away before i got back with camera.
