I'm going to Mahon in Menorca soon. Never been there before, have read up on the wildlife, looked on the Internet etc but wondered if anyone has any good tips for where to go, what to look for etc? I've heard mixed reports re National Parc at Es Grau. We are walking/busing around the Island so anywhere we go has to be reasonably accessible without a car. Any tips gratefully receivedIcon_smile
Dont know wether this of any help regarding the birds on Menorca. Dont know about the other wildlife. I imagine there will be plenty of butterflies at this time of year.

Menorca Trip Report
The Arlequin range of birdwatching guides includes one for Menorca. While I realise that you are interested in more than just birds, they do give locations and access details. Have a look here: http://www.birdnet.co.uk/newbooks.html
