I quite like Alan ,i think he is pretty good at most things he does.
As others have said he is enthusiastic on gardening and wildlife shows.i think he enjoys what he does.
I sometimes watch his chat show and i think he makes a good job of that too.
I dont think he is musceling in on Bill Oddie i think they both have their own individual ways of doing things,i like them both.

I like Titchmarsh, but he's not a patch on Oddie when it comes to Wildlife (especially birds).
